For Release Train Engineers, agile coaches and Scrum Masters
Interactive tools for PI Planning, the ART Sync, Inspect and Adapt and the coaching in between. Open one, fill it with your train's own data, and walk out with a board, a score or an export.
3 tools are free, no card needed. Practitioner is €6 a month. Cancel from your account page.

Counts of working tools, recomputed from the product at every release. Announced tools are listed further down, by name.
Built around the PI
Every tool is a structured workspace, not a template: it takes your teams, objectives, risks or answers and gives back a reading you can act on.
Sequence the backlog and set the teams up before the room fills.
Run the risks, the votes and the objectives on one screen while everyone watches.
Keep the ART Sync inside its timebox and read flow from your own board data.
Turn the evidence into an Inspect and Adapt, then watch the train mature week by week.
For the coaching and change work around the train: Agile Coaching Studio, Change Navigator, Change Management Catalog, Systemic Transition Management.
Real screens
Captured from the tools themselves with demonstration data. Nothing here is a mock-up.

Nothing to install for the room
You run the tool from your membership. Everyone else opens a link or scans a QR code generated on the spot, answers, and is done.
rte-toolbox.com/join/…Live Session PollsAnswer a live poll from a join code or QR code and watch the chart fill on the big screen.
rte-toolbox.com/q/…Questionnaire BuilderFill in a questionnaire from one shared link, anonymous or named, with branching follow-ups.
rte-toolbox.com/commit/…If–Then Buddy WorkshopWrite an If-Then commitment, pick a buddy and agree the follow-up, all from the workshop QR code.
rte-toolbox.com/assess/…Agile Maturity ScanTake the maturity baseline and the three-minute weekly pulse from a team link or a personal one.
rte-toolbox.com/sync/…ART Sync CommandRead the ART Sync decisions, risks and actions from a read-only share link.
What you leave with
Objective scores, aging and blocker reviews, poll answers, questionnaire responses, scan results and more, formula-safe for a spreadsheet.
Evidence packs, flow review summaries, board policy packs, workshop scripts and kick-off canvases you can paste into a wiki.
Print-friendly views of the I and A manual, the ORID plan, the WSJF ranking and the ART Sync summary for the wall.
Share an ART Sync as a token-gated page, or a maturity share-back the team can read without an account.
Membership
Both prices are shown side by side, nothing is preselected, and every tier includes the one below it.

In the works
Coming soon means the thinking is in progress, not that the shelf is empty. A tool ships when it is genuinely useful, not when it fills a grid.
Said plainly
New, and honest about it
The RTE Toolbox opened in 2026. There are no quotes or user counts on this page because only attributed, dated ones will ever appear here. What you can check today: the tools, their sources, and the prices.
Your tool data lives under your own account and is protected row by row in the database, not only in the interface. Participant links are code- or token-gated, and a Scrum Master's or Product Owner's practice answers are never shown as a grade.
Before you join
Yes. Practitioner and Enterprise bill monthly or yearly through Mollie and renew until you cancel from your account page. Cancelling ends the membership at the end of the period you paid for; nothing further is charged.
No. The tools use the vocabulary of the Release Train where that is the practice, and plain facilitation language everywhere else. Nothing asks for a credential.
A membership is one login: yours. The people in your sessions never need an account. They join a poll, a questionnaire, a scan or a commitment workshop from a link or QR code on their own phone.
You see every team dashboard. A team sees its own share-back only when you switch it on and at least three members have answered. Scrum Masters and Product Owners answer about their practice and are never graded by anyone.
Not directly. The Flow Metrics Dashboard reads a CSV export of your board, so nothing needs installing or approving by IT. There is no live integration.
Most tools export CSV, Markdown or JSON from inside the tool at any time, on every tier that can open them.
Much of it does. ORID, Gradients of Agreement, live polls, the questionnaire builder, the coaching studio and the change tools have nothing train-specific in them.
Start with the 3 free tools. Upgrade from inside a tool the moment one is worth it to you.
