RTEs and coaches who want an improvement conversation grounded in evidence rather than in opinion.
How it works
- Create a baseline for a train and a period, and choose whether you are scoring alone or capturing a group.
- Score each of the five elements from one to five, and write the signal you actually observed for each.
- Read the radar against the previous baseline, then plan one experiment with a hypothesis, a leading indicator and a review date.
Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. It is part of the free membership, a free account opens it, and no card is asked for.
- Why will it not save my experiment?
- An experiment cannot be saved until the element it targets has an observable signal written against it. Evidence before action is the whole point of the tool.
- Can I capture a group?
- Yes. In group mode the facilitator enters each person by name, and the spread between the scores is shown separately, because a wide spread is a conversation in itself.
