Who it is for

Change leads and coaches whose plan is sound and whose organisation is still not moving.

How it works

  1. Frame the change: what is true now, the destination described as behaviour, and what you are going to stop doing.
  2. Log the work in both streams, and read each group against the five phases, from urgency through letting go, not knowing and creation to a new beginning.
  3. Take a stubborn behaviour through its function, the disturbed principle, an inquiry and an intervention, then make the calm-or-alarm call.

Questions

What are the two streams?
The upper stream is the visible work: plans, structures, decisions. The undercurrent is what people do with it. The tool reads the balance between what you log in each of them.
What does it score?
Nothing. It counts what you record and reads it back: a stream-balance verdict, the latest phase per group, and behaviours in inquiry against those already turned.
Can I export a case?
Not at the moment. A case is saved to your account and read inside the tool, where each phase read keeps the evidence that was written for it.
