Who it is for

Scrum Masters, coaches and team leads starting a team, restarting one, or repairing one that never really started.

How it works

  1. Set the frame: team name, size, type, format, duration, the reason for the kick-off and how sensitive the room is.
  2. Fill the thirteen canvas cards, answer the stage statements and the work-model questions; every card carries its own facilitation prompt.
  3. Generate the governance draft and the agenda, then export the charter as Markdown, the agenda as CSV, or everything as JSON.

Is it free?
Yes. It is part of the free membership, a free account opens it, and no card is asked for at any point.
What does it work out for me?
The stage the team is most likely in, a read on goals, roles, process and relationships taken from what you actually wrote rather than what you claimed, and a recommended operating model with its reasons listed.
Do I have to fill in everything?
No. Each canvas section is marked when it needs sharpening, so a half-finished charter is honest about being half-finished instead of looking complete.
