Who it is for

Facilitators who want a retrospective or a debrief to end in a decision rather than in a list of observations.

How it works

  1. Type the topic and pick the kind of conversation; a question set appears from a bank written for that situation.
  2. Edit, remove or add questions at any of the four levels, and read the facilitator tip attached to each level.
  3. Run the session screen with a five, ten or fifteen minute timer per level, or copy the set as Markdown and print it.

Questions

Are the questions written by a language model?
No. They come from a written bank of six question sets, and every question can be edited or replaced before you use it in the room.
What is in the session screen?
One level at a time, the questions in a list you can mark as active, and a countdown that changes colour as the time for that level runs out.
Is my last set kept?
Yes, in this browser under your account, and the tool offers to restore it when you come back.
