Who it is for

Facilitators and trainers with content to cover and a room that will not sit still to receive it.

How it works

  1. Set the frame: audience, group size, format, purpose, tone and the outcome you want from the day.
  2. Set the rhythm — minutes or days, start time, breaks, intensity — and list the content chunks with their importance and complexity.
  3. Generate the timetable, edit any block, reorder it, and export it as Markdown or a ten-column CSV.

Questions

What is the coverage figure?
The share of the six principles your timetable actually uses. The sidebar also warns when nothing moves, when listening outweighs talking, or when a block runs past twenty minutes.
Can I change what it generates?
Every block is editable: title, type, how, why and tips. Blocks can be reordered or deleted, and the sidebar keeps checking the design as you edit.
Does it keep my draft?
The draft is kept in this browser, so you can close the tab in the middle of a design and pick it up later.
