Facilitators and trainers with content to cover and a room that will not sit still to receive it.
How it works
- Set the frame: audience, group size, format, purpose, tone and the outcome you want from the day.
- Set the rhythm — minutes or days, start time, breaks, intensity — and list the content chunks with their importance and complexity.
- Generate the timetable, edit any block, reorder it, and export it as Markdown or a ten-column CSV.
Questions
- What is the coverage figure?
- The share of the six principles your timetable actually uses. The sidebar also warns when nothing moves, when listening outweighs talking, or when a block runs past twenty minutes.
- Can I change what it generates?
- Every block is editable: title, type, how, why and tips. Blocks can be reordered or deleted, and the sidebar keeps checking the design as you edit.
- Does it keep my draft?
- The draft is kept in this browser, so you can close the tab in the middle of a design and pick it up later.
