How it works
- Add each risk with an owner, a due date, and probability and impact on a one-to-five scale.
- Drag the cards between the five columns; every move is kept with its date, so the board shows how a risk travelled.
- Read the analytics view — status split, a five-by-five heat map, ageing and workload per owner — then run the confidence vote to close.
Questions
- Is the ROAM board free?
- Yes. It is part of the free membership and costs nothing. You do need a free account, because the board is saved to it and comes back on your next device.
- Can participants vote from their own phone?
- Not on this board. The confidence vote is run on the facilitator screen for up to ten named people, and it can be taken anonymously.
- What does the risk score mean?
- Probability multiplied by impact, from one to twenty-five, banded low, medium and high. Cards past their due date and still unresolved are marked overdue.
