Who it is for

Coaches and leaders who keep rebuilding the same survey and losing the answers in a mailbox.

How it works

  1. Add questions from seven types, and choose whether answers are anonymous or named.
  2. Add tie-break rules that reveal a follow-up only inside a score band or past a threshold, and a level ladder if you score respondents.
  3. Publish for a link, then read the dashboard: per-question charts, level distribution, individual responses and a CSV of everything.

Questions

Do respondents need an account?
No. They open the link and answer. An anonymous questionnaire carries no name and no email at all.
What are the tie-break rules for?
They keep a questionnaire short. A follow-up question appears only when a set of statements scores inside a band or crosses a threshold, so nobody answers questions that do not apply to them.
What is in the CSV?
One row per response with the time submitted, the level where scoring is used, and one column per question, with repeating blocks widened to one column per item.
