How it works
- Answer twelve readiness questions about the board, so the numbers that follow are qualified rather than assumed.
- Paste a CSV, upload one or load the sample; confirm the column mapping the tool proposes for you.
- Read work in progress, ageing, blockers, median and eighty-fifth percentile flow time and the forecast, then export the review pack.
Questions
- Does it connect to my delivery tool?
- No, and deliberately. You export a CSV, the browser parses it, and nothing is uploaded. It reads one snapshot of the board; it does not replace it.
- What does it calculate?
- Work in progress, blocked items, throughput inside an explicit window, median, eighty-fifth and ninety-fifth percentile flow time, item age against your service level expectation, and a weeks-to-finish forecast.
- What comes out?
- A Markdown flow review summary, a board policy pack, a query pack for your board tool, an ageing CSV, and a JSON snapshot of the import.
