See the membershipsWho it is for
RTEs running a recurring sync that overruns and forgets what it decided the week before.
How it works
- Create a series with a cadence, the teams and an agenda; the default is six segments totalling forty-three minutes.
- Go live: the runner walks the agenda, takes a status per team, and captures risks, impediments, actions and parked items as they are raised.
- End the sync for the summary, the ageing of everything still open, and the health view of where the ceremony overran.
Questions
- Can people who were not there read it?
- Yes. A read-only share link can be minted for a sync. It expires after seven days, it can be revoked at any time, and it needs no account to open.
- What is in the health view?
- Planned against actual minutes, the drift per segment, what was raised against what was resolved, and a signal grid per team across the last ten syncs.
- What can I take out?
- The summary as Markdown on the clipboard, and print views for both the summary and the decision log.
