Who it is for

Release Train Engineers and coaches who have to turn a quarter of noise into one useful improvement workshop.

How it works

  1. Capture signals as they happen, with a source, a type and an impact; the tool groups them into themes and shows what keeps repeating.
  2. Enter objectives planned against actual to get the predictability figure, then pick a method from fifteen cards scored against your constraints.
  3. Generate the agenda and the facilitator manual, run the workshop in the live view, and export the improvement backlog and the decision log.

Questions

Does it write the agenda for me?
It generates one from your answers, eight blocks for a four-hour session and a compressed version for a shorter one, and every line stays editable.
What can I take out of it?
Markdown for the manual and the evidence pack, CSV for the improvement backlog and the decision log, JSON for the archive, and a print view.
Where is the workshop data kept?
In this browser under your account. Nothing about a session is sent anywhere else, and clearing the browser clears the workshop with it.
