Who it is for

Facilitators running an ideation session that has to end with something usable rather than a wall of notes.

How it works

  1. Define the challenge and the subject, then build the closed-world inventory of components, steps or blocks with their attributes.
  2. Open a technique — subtraction, division, multiplication, task unification or attribute dependency — and work the prompts made from your own inventory.
  3. Capture each idea in the enforced order: the configuration first, then who it is good for, then whether it is feasible, then adaptations and a verdict.

Questions

Are the prompts made by a language model?
No. They are generated locally from the inventory you typed, so the same inventory always produces the same prompts and nothing leaves your session.
Why must I describe the idea before its use?
Because form comes before function in this method. Naming the configuration first is what stops the idea collapsing back into the problem you already knew about.
Can I export the library?
Not at the moment. Ideas are kept per project, filterable by technique and verdict, with a chart showing which technique you have under-used.
