PI Planning Facilitator
A planned workspace for shaping the agenda, the moments of alignment and the rituals of a planning event.
Not released yet
This tool is still being built and cannot be opened. It is listed here so you can see what is coming; nothing about it is available today.
Who it is for
Release Train Engineers preparing a planning event, once it is released.
What it is meant to do
- Shape the agenda for the event, block by block.
- Place the moments of alignment where the room needs them.
- Take the running order out and facilitate from it.
Questions
- Can I use it today?
- No. It is not released. This page describes what is planned, so that you can judge whether it is worth waiting for.
- When does it open?
- There is no date. A tool is released when it is good enough to run a real session with, and the toolbox listing always shows what is live today.
- What covers this now?
- The Six Trumps Workshop Designer builds the session itself, and the ROAM Risk Board and the PI Objectives Scorer handle the artefacts that come out of a planning event.
Not released. When it opens it will be part of the Practitioner membership.
