How it works
- Enter the first day of the PI event, how long it lasts and how many weeks a PI runs.
- Write the rules once: one week before on Thursday, two weeks before, the PI midpoint, every week through the PI, or a window such as three to four weeks before.
- Read the week calendar with school holidays shaded per region, move a clashing event to the nearest clear week, and download the calendar file.
Questions
- How is one week before calculated?
- By week, the way people say it: one week before on Thursday is the Thursday of the week before the event week, whatever weekday the event itself is on.
- Which holidays are checked?
- The school holidays published by the Dutch government for the North, Middle and South regions, and the national public holidays. Pick the regions that matter for your people.
- Can I get the dates into my agenda?
- Yes. The calendar file imports every date as an all-day event into Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar, and there is a CSV, a Markdown copy and a print view.
