- Ask each team for the same short set of signals.
- Read them side by side rather than in five different formats.
- Carry what needs attention into the next sync.

- No. It is not released and cannot be opened.
- When does it open?
- There is no date. What is live is always what the toolbox listing shows.
- What covers this now?
- The team walk in ART Sync Command takes a status per team every sync and carries what is open forward, and the Flow Metrics Dashboard reads a board export directly.
