How it works
- Create a session from a preset, then name the focus, the problem you are chasing and the facilitator.
- Build streams and steps with owners, lead times, handovers and dependencies, and run the ten-question interview flow into the map.
- Log friction with a severity, then read the health score, the bottleneck concentration and the single points of failure, and export CSV or JSON.
Questions
- How is the health score made?
- It starts at one hundred and loses points for missing lead times, for a bottleneck holding too much of the total time, and for logged friction weighted by severity. Seventy and above is healthy, forty and above is watch.
- Can several people work on one map?
- A session belongs to the person who made it. Interviews are entered by the facilitator, so the map stays one considered account rather than a shared scratchpad.
- What comes out?
- CSV for stream health, friction and opportunities, and a JSON export of the whole session that can be imported again as a new session.
