What it is meant to do
- Record each dependency with both sides and a date.
- Set the confidence and the escalation path while it is calm.
- Watch the list rather than rediscovering it late.

- Can I use it today?
- No. It is not released, and this page only describes the intention.
- When does it open?
- There is no date. The toolbox listing is the honest answer at any given week.
- What covers this now?
- ART Sync Command carries dependencies as items that age until they are closed, and the ROAM Risk Board gives each one an owner and a position.
